How to Order and Process Steps.
1. Discuss Your Design.
Discuss your jersey design in terms of the design and quality of the logo you want to put on the jersey. After getting confirmation from the admin, you continue the booking to the next phase.
2. Pay New Design Fee RM 40
Fees only apply to new designs and artwork. Make sure you read the Terms & Conditions for the new design.
3. Mockup Design.
Check the mockup design again if there are any mistakes. Provide design confirmation if the design meets your desired criteria.
Time Period (First Draft): 1 – 3 working days after getting the details from the design discussion and fee.
4. Deposit 60% - 70%
Complete 60% – 70% deposit payment for order to be processed. Submit the correct size, name and number details and proceed with the printing process.
5. Production.
The order is printed and entered into the sewing department. Each phase is processed according to order sequence.
Time Period: 14 – 18 working days after receiving the production notice.
6. Delivery
Complete the remaining payment when the order is ready. Delivery will be made using the EasyParcel service for the whole of Malaysia.
Recommend (J&T) Delivery Period 2 – 3 days to arrive at home for peninsular only.
