1. Zebra Wears Logo
The Zebra Wears logo on the bottom left of the shirt or any other part cannot be replaced with any other brand logo.
2. Prohibited Additional Logo
Zebra Wears does not accept any orders if there are logos of liquor brands, logos that have impolite or inappropriate meanings on the shirt design.
3. Discount & Free Shipping
a) Discount: Can only be used for products sold on the zebrawears.com website by entering the code number provided.
b) RM 4 Off Shipping only be used for products sold on the zebrawears.com website by entering the code number provided.
*Custom Design Customer
a) Free shipping only for custom design customers with more than 15 pieces or more. Customers need to deal with admin via whatsapp.
4. Design
*Custom Design Customer
a) A maximum of 3 minor changes after the first draft design. A fee of RM 20 will be charged if there are more than 3 minor changes.
b) An additional fee of RM 40 will be charged if full housing (100%) is done after the first design is completed.
5. Order
a) The listed price does not include shipping costs.
*Custom Design Customer
a) Additional orders after the first order is completed will be counted as a new order and the price is according to the quantity. (Can’t mix the order amount with the first order)
b) Orders that have been completed must complete the remaining payment before Zebra Wears sends the packing to J&T couriers.
6. Production phase
a) If there is a design mistake on the order caused by our negligence, we will be responsible. You can return the jersey to us for repair or replacement if necessary.
b) Zebra Wears will not be responsible if mistake due to negligence on your part are noticed after the order is put into the production department. (Example: An mistake in the nameset or mockup design that has been accepted and confirmed by you)
c) Production period will increase if there is a situation beyond control such as technical problems.
